Returns/Refunds
Thank you for shopping with us! If you need to return an item, please send us a return request by email at pinkandcuteboutique@gmail.com. We will notify you once we’ve received your email with the instructions. Once the item is returned, and inspected we will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 to 14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at pinkandcuteboutique@gmail.com
All returns must be unworn clothing items with original tags and clear garment packaging with SKU label. No exchanges of any kind.
Return requests must be initiated within 7 days (the first day of the return window starts the day tracking shows delivered status) of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full refund.
If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date and time.
- Orders returned without meeting the above criteria are subject to a 20% restocking fee or we may decline the entire return.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error or a damaged item.
- Please allow 5 - 7 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process.
- You will receive an email after the return has been processed to confirm what has been done.
